The Library is open to the students, faculty and staff of NIACC, its partner institutions, and residents of the North Iowa Area. 借阅材料时必须有NIACC身份证或借阅卡。Through the Iowa Open Access program, anyone with a library card from a participating library may use that card to check out materials from the NIACC Library. 读者首次借阅图书前，应先到借阅服务台激活借阅卡。
